Summer 2019 Silent Beach Parties

Sunrise (7AM-9AM)  /  Sunset (8PM-10PM)

Sound Freqz Entertainment will be hosting a free bi-weekly event at a different public beach or park. The series will focus on promoting health and wellness services in our community - highlighting specific businesses making contributions.

Each event will offer varieties of music in addition to interactive dance, zumba, yoga, or fitness instruction. Events are all ages and are free to attend. Participants under 19 should be accompanied. This is not a swimming event!
