Sunset Party - North Bay (Champlain Park)

Sound Freqz Entertainment presents "Sunset party" at Champlain Park on Thursday, August 8th, 2019 from 7PM-9PM. We are here to share the fun of silent parties with the community of North Bay while also highlighting local businesses and charities.

A silent party or "silent disco" is an event where people dance to music on wireless headphones. Rather than using a speaker system, music is broadcast via a FM radio transmitter with the signal being picked up by wireless headphone receivers worn by the participants. Coloured LEDs installed on each headphone match with one of three FM channels.

Natalie DeMarco of Vinyasa Yoga Studio is back to lead a yoga class from 7PM-8PM. No matter where you are you'll be able to hear Natalie as you focus on each pose. For more info visit https://vinyasayogastudio.ca

We're also pumped to featuring DJ Jawkz as one of our channel options. He's a familiar name around North Bay playing at many of the major night spots. Check out his high energy EDM/House/Dubstep set from 7PM-9PM.

Finally, we are going to also have a retro channel dedicated to sing along pop tunes from the 80's and 90's. Crowd interaction is always encouraged and we should have a few games to play with participants.
