Morning Glory Ecstatic Dance

Join us for an uplifting morning of movement, music and play at our Ecstatic Dance Silent Disco!

Get ready to groove under the open sky with the sand beneath your feet and the serene waters of Kinsmen Beach as your backdrop. This one-hour session is all about freedom of expression through dance, allowing you to connect with your body and spirit in a joyful, non-judgmental space.

What to Expect:

• Silent Disco Headphones: We’ll provide wireless headphones, so you can immerse yourself in the beats while keeping the beach atmosphere serene. Or bring your own pair of wired headphones to plug into a wireless receiver.

• Ecstatic Dance: Move however you feel—there’s no right or wrong way. Just let the rhythm guide you and express yourself in whatever way feels good for you.

Cost: By donation - suggested $10 but pay what you can, no one will be turned away. Cash only.

Sound Freqz Entertainment: Crafting an immersive soundscape that will elevate your dance experience and supplying wireless headphones for an uninterrupted connection to the music.

Brooklyn Glass: Leading the ecstatic dance journey, helping you explore self-expression and movement in a supportive and energizing environment.

Please Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early: This ensures you have enough time to get your headphones and settle in before we start.

Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a first timer, everyone is welcome! Bring your friends, family, or come solo, all are welcome.
